When you own a house you can never complain that you are dirt poor. Having property is like having money in the bank. :) I am so very proud of you for investing! Bravo my friend! As for the car - hmm... What kind of car do you fancy?
Yeah, you are right about the investment. Um, not really the type to fuss about the car, prob 2-3 year old middle of the range. VW is very popular over here, with good resale. I'll wait for my first midlife crisis before splashing out on the convertable... ;-) Not to say I would not LOVE a new sportscar or SUV....

Hell yeah, this is the year I'll buy a new car and enter the property market. This will also be the year I'm gonna suddenly be dirt poor as a result.
